What Is a Pre-Order?

A Pre-Order lets you buy a product before it is available in our stock. This way you do not miss out on limited or newly released items.

Advance Payment Required

To confirm a Pre-Order, pre-payment is mandatory. Please pay by bKash or Nagad Send Money to:

Advance payment helps us secure your product from our suppliers and keep your order priority.

Estimated Delivery Time

Each Pre-Order product shows an estimated arrival and delivery time: [e.g. 7–15 days].

Please note that timelines may change depending on supplier availability, import process, or delivery delays. If there is any unexpected delay, we will inform you promptly.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders

You may cancel a Pre-Order before supplier confirmation. We will tell you when your order is confirmed with the supplier.

After supplier confirmation, cancellation may not be possible, unless the item becomes:

Unavailable
Excessively delayed
Discontinued by the supplier

In these cases, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds for Pre-Orders

If a Pre-Order is canceled by you (where eligible) or by RAIMON due to supply issues, you will receive a full refund to your bKash or Nagad number within 1–3 working days after approval. See our [Refund Policy] for details.

Exchange & Return of Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items can be exchanged or returned only if:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described
You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
